Through Voz, shamanism becomes accessible by using the vibration of the voice to travel between the worlds—connecting body, spirit, and Earth. Sound becomes the guide that grounds us, opens intuitive pathways, and allows us to enter sacred relationships with the elements, ancestors, and the unseen.
I’m excited to share this program for 2025—carefully crafted to help you deepen your connection to yourself, to others, and to the world we inhabit together. Voz is a meditation practice that uses the vibration of your own voice to align with the frequencies of your physical and celestial bodies. Through sound, we reveal our essence, awaken our intuition, and remember what it feels like to be fully present.
May this new year be one of meaningful exploration, community, and collective growth.

✨ The Basis of Shamanism
January 29, February 5, February 12
These three co-created sessions are an introduction to the foundation of shamanic practice—rooted in grounding, inner awareness, and the energetic relationship between the self, the Earth, and the unseen worlds.
January 29 – New Moon + Chinese Lunar New Year
We begin by setting intentions for the new cycle.
We will shape clay into the form of our Power Animal—our ally in the world below—and invite its presence into our practice.
February 5 – Crescent Moon
We turn toward the world of the middle.
Through the creation of our medicine wheel, we explore the cyclical nature of life and the balance that sustains us.
February 12 – Full Moon
To close the trial period, we look to the world above.
We honor all three realms with a ritual that brings together presence, gratitude, and the vibration of our shared voice.
RSVP by January 22 to secure your spot.

Continue Your Daily Practice
Remember that your voice is always available to you—any moment can become an opportunity to return to yourself. Even without a fixed schedule, small daily rituals strengthen your awareness and connection:
- While bathing: Hum or chant to connect with the water element.
- When cleaning or washing dishes: Let simple chants anchor you in presence.
- While watering plants: Offer your plants a song of gratitude.
- On your walks: Match a melody to your steps and feel the environment respond.
