First Step: Finding a Space!
I hope you’re enjoying the festivities and finding pockets of peace, love, and joy in these days. As we move toward a new year, Mi Centro BK and Voz are working behind the scenes to shape how this practice will be offered to you. I’m thrilled to share that we are launching a weekly session beginning Friday, January 5, 2024, from 6:30 to 8:00pm. We already have a schedule through May, along with several payment options—because I want everyone who feels called to this practice to be able to join.
We’ll start promoting on social media in the next few days. So, if we’re connected as friends or you follow me, the posts will make their way to you. If you feel moved to Like or Share them, I would truly appreciate it. The first video is a simple invitation from me to welcome new practitioners into our 2024 cycle. The second piece will be a beautiful interview I recorded with my teacher, Virginia Gascón, the creator of this method. The conversation is in Spanish, and if you understand it, I really encourage you to listen. She talks about how Voz Esencial emerged from her desire to be in harmony with the Earth—how chanting became her way of listening, connecting, and living fully. Hearing her speak about devotion, vibration, and voice is deeply nourishing.

I am so grateful for you—for showing up, for being open, and for giving me the chance to grow a steady, grounded community around this work. I look forward to singing, vibrating, and breathing together as we step into a new year.
I also want to acknowledge the heaviness of the world right now. We are surrounded by ongoing crises, devastating wars, division, and immense grief. I cope by vibrating—by using my voice to stay present, compassionate, and connected. I can’t change the world alone, but I can offer my voice, and I can invite others to find strength in theirs.
